”Having a washing and a dryer in the room was a pleasant surprise. The cleaners, the hotel staff and the chefs were all very pleasant and warm, the space and layout of the room was immaculate. We will definitely recommend it to others and we look forward to returning. Breakfast was good and the location was close to everything.”

”I stayed for over two weeks in the hotel, so I got quite a good and comprehensive experience.
My room was outdated, and out of the standard. I had to call the service team because literally half of the light bulbs were burned and the room was really dark. Everything was fixed quickly, but it shouldn't be the case in the first place.
Housekeeping service and cleaning were conducted every other day, but the standard was variating a lot. I had to call bring more toilet paper, and towel setup was...

”Very dpacious, good to have kitchen and different coffees and milk to start the morning.
The stairs have no handrail so it was difficult to navigate and definitely not safe for Britain types of guests.
Staff is friendly and responsive but they don't proactively check that light bulbs all work or the clock on the wall works, etc.
Convenient to walk to everything or to her Uber.”

”Unfortunately the apartment was not prep with the inclusions paid for. There was no WiFi nor live cable and never received assistance towards it. They offered a change of apartment and stated for one day at 9 am and didn’t receive further assistance towards it.
