”This property was just right for me to visit my daughter in Astoria. Comfortable bed, well-appointed kitchen (although needs bowls!) and bath. Location was excellent for my needs and public transportation was super convenient, both subway and bus. Plan to stay here again on my next visit!”

Lots of space to hang out in, two bathrooms, laundry and a functioning kitchen. . . all of which are so hard to find in NYC. Plus the host was helpful and kind. This is a gem if you want to host a lot of people in the city.”

The place is very small but enough room for a single traveler or a couple. It was a bit tricky finding the place and parking can be tricky also. Also, the area looks rough upon first glance, but it was much quieter than expected, and the people we saw around just kept to themselves and were respectful. We never felt unsafe and once we got in and...

Affordable stay in Brooklyn

"Tidy and big room with comfortable bed. Great view to the city. Only minus that 100$ deposit had to pay in cash as card reader did not accept my credit card. Area was kinda far away from the metro. Good value to money. "

Nice and convenient

"Extremely helpful and friendly staff and very convenient airport shuttle service. Even the breakfast, which was included in the price, was alright. This is a very good hotel option if you have to spend one night close to JFK prior to your connecting flight. "

"Your hotel is splendid! Our room was very clean. Stuff was very kind. It could be even better if there were possibility to eat something in the restaurant near the hotel. 5 stars from us! We absolutely come again if we are coming to NY in the future!"
