”We were very pleased with how nice and clean everything was. Even the hallways smelled fresh and clean. We could not hear people in the units beside or above us which made for restful nights. The units were nicely furnished with a complete kitchen and shower tub. Being pet friendly, we were able to bring our cats who really enjoyed the big windows. The location is convenient to downtown Roanoke which allowed us to enjoy the local restaurants and even a brewery, A Few Old Goats, is attached...

”Overall the property was very nice. It was great for a group with adults and teenage kids as there were two masters on the first floor and a hang out space downstairs for the kids. ”We had a fantastic time staying in this old log cabin. There are LOTS of amenities and the property is absolutely beautiful. We cooked using the outdoor kitchen and only used the outdoor shower. The porch is facing the lake and it’s so peaceful just sitting there listening to nature. The host was very nice and the check-in/check-out process was quick and easy. Make sure to go down the slide and jump from the swings into the lake. 10 out of 10 and would definitely recommend. ”

”We had a wonderful stay with our kids and grandkids. We all enjoyed swimming off the dock without having to worry about boat traffic. Kitchen was large with plenty of room for cooking meals. Loved sitting on the screened in porch in the mornings, especially the swing! House is in a great location, near grocery store and Bridgewater plaza was fun for everyone. Ken was an amazing host, responded to all questions quickly and was very accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here. ”

”Such a beautiful log cabin inside and out with plenty of room! Just like home away from home with all you’d need. Love that all the BRs have a full BA and enjoyed the large screen TVs. The only thing I’d mention is that the path to the lake is very long and steep with “free form wooden planks”, no handrails, and not easy to navigate for those with any mobility issues. ”

”We had an amazing stay here, it was close to everything and all the amenities were right there! It was a little rainy and chilly our first day but we were still able to enjoy the pool! Awesome location, super clean and organized condo, and makes it easy to enjoy your vacation with a boat ramp and pool! We also had two kids (3&5) and they had a blast!!!”
