”We stayed here with our 13,11 and 2 yr old boys and everyone had the best time! The location of the tree house has complete privacy and is right on the River which was a huge added bonus. We are already talking about maybe coming back next year. Only “heads up” is the “kitchen” sink is more of a dribble so washing any dishes is a long process but… your in a treehouse ”

Excellent high quality features and appliances throughout. Large spruce trees outside with bird feeders. Comfortable beds, easy climate control, convenient accessible washer/drier unit.Close enough (less than an hour) for a day trip to the fabulous town of Watkins Glen NY and State Park gorge are full of waterfalls.”

”The property was really cute. The stairs from the parking lot could use some work down near the house some of them are unstable and tippy. The large windows in the livingroom are beautiful and we enjoyed looking over the edge into the gorge and river area. The girls and I loved going down the spiral staircase and into the river area, such a sweet location. ”
