”I stayed here for three nights with my elderly mom. The home is lovely and very comfortable, with lovely linens, updated bathrooms, and luxurious beds. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped for anything you might want to prepare. This would be an excellent spot for a family with children. The hosts were very responsive and gracious. Above all else, the view is absolutely spectacular. I wish i could wake up to it every day. I hope to go back in the fall when the leaves are changing. Highly...

”My family and I had a great time at this property. Located on a beautiful property. Very relaxing and coordinating with the property owner was very easy. ”

”Great stay to be so close to the lake. Provided plenty of lake accessories so you would need to pack minimal equipment. The pictures are a little deceiving as you are on top of a steep hill with Route 39 (which is busy) between the house and dock. We brought our dogs who are well behaved and stay pretty close. I would be concerned if my dog did not have good recall or young children. However, being situated on top of the hill provides a nice view! ”

”it is amazing place ! beautiful and peaceful ...... very secluded everything that you need you could find in the kitchen if you cook for yourself the only suggestion to the owner to change the bed , too soft and you fall in when you lie on it ”

”Had a wonderful time staying in this lovely home. Four bright bedrooms and three contemporary bathrooms. Comfortable and secluded nestled in the woods among natural habitats which you can enjoy from the large deck! Lots to do in the area including plentiful restaurants! Highly recommend and definitely would return again!”

”We had a nice stay at this charming historic cottage while my daughter and her friend competed at the annual Millbrook Horse Trials over 4 days. The kitchen had everything needed plus they included some extras in the fridge such as filtered water, ice, coffee, etc. We loved to see the chickens running around too. We hope to return next year and book this same place once we have the dates!”

”Gorgeous space with spectacular views of the Hudson river. Super short walk to the both the DIA Beacon and the Metro North Train station. Easy 10-15 minute walk to town for cafes/restaurants or take the free Beacon bus. Excellent restaurants: Had an amazing meal a the Wild and great meal at Momo.”

”We were in town for a family wedding and found this quaint little apartment that was quiet and secluded. Being on the river we did find a lot of bugs, but nothing we couldnt handle. The owners were extremely nice and responsive and we had a wonderful stay. ”

”Absolutely magical place! The Yurt was immaculate, cozy and so beautiful. The property was so stunning it actually took my breath away! My dog and I had so much fun exploring the many acres and beautiful waterfall and streams. My husband and I just relaxed and we felt renewed when we left! Beds were comfy, kitchen had all things needed, bathroom was so clean and towels were lovely. There’s even a washer/dryer!I’m going to mention two things that are not negatives, just information for those...

”The apartment is beautiful with the most attention to detail. We walked each night to the water/restaurants in Newburgh. Communication was quick and timely. We would love to stay here again. The area can get loud at times but we didn't feel unsafe.”

"+ The place was clean and neat. Beds were comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bathrooms were nice. Coffee bar service in the lobby was helpful. - The decor needs some updating. The rooms feel a bit dark. Would recommend cardboard plates for breakfast if the budget does not allow for real plates and utencils. Plastic (styrofoam) plates are not eco friendly and just gives a cheap feel. Fruits and vegetables for the breakfast menu would be appreciated. "
