”If you are looking for a home that will fit a group of 8, look no further. This home was just the right size for our group of six adults and two children (9 yr olds). Two of the rooms had king beds and the other two were queen beds. Couches were really comfortable and cozy. The washer and dryer was a life saver! We came to New York to visit a Patterson, Wallkill, and Warwick for some tours. Overall, I highly recommend this place.”

The host was responsive and courteous, which we appreciated.There were, however, a few things that future guests should be aware of:The dishwasher was nonfunctional, and we weren’t informed of this until after we had booked, but prior to arrival.The bathroom in the master bedroom has no door. ”This house was so incredible. Not only was it in a quiet nice neighborhood the inside was incredible too. Pool table as well as a pool it was perfect for my stay to have fun and enjoy our time. They were very communicative and welcoming to their house. Everything was comfortable and clean. Can’t say any bad things about this place. Definitely going to book again. I already miss it. ”

”Exactly as advertised. Very easy to get to by car and train. The house has many spaces for group activities as well as quiet reading/napping areas. The grounds are well maintained and the view is stunning. We had everything we needed for a family getaway. The kitchen is perfect for group cooking. Check in and check out were super easy and our host responded immediately to our questions. We look forward to our next visit.”
