”Friendly staff,clean room, great breakfast”

”If you’re looking for a nice place for the family, keep looking. Seemed a bit sketchy for the clientele. The rooms are basic, breakfast was very basic, close access to walkable restaurants and a nice sunset view. ”

”Did not see many of the things in the hotels description. We had no microwave in the room. Didn't find the work-out room, or laundry. The continental breakfast was very plain, nothing extra. And no restaurant. ”

”The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...

”We stayed at the cottages which were clean and welcoming. The only thing to keep in mind is that the common area IS common, so if you don’t want to socialize, it might not be the space for you. We had a party with us that all knew each other (and we were the only room who didn’t) and they hung out there all night talking. Not a fault of the property, but maybe stay in the main inn if you’re looking for a little more privacy.”

”I was unable to checkout properly as no no one was at the front desk. My kids had to be somewhere and I waited for an hour and had to leave my room keys with a kitchen staff member. This is unacceptable to not to have someone at the front desk. ”

”An interesting and beautiful historical site. The mansion has been beautifully preserved and simultaneously updated with all the modern amenities needed to be comfortable, including well-equipped bathrooms and comfortable beds. The owners love to make breakfast for the guests so don’t skip that part of the experience. Cornwall itself is a hidden gem and wonderful escape. Enjoy! ”

”This place is always the best, I've come up last year for a trip with my group and ever since I always try to come here. Beautifully clean rooms, breakfast was tasty, and we even forgot a pair of our headphones here and they were kind enough to ship it back to my home within a week! Clean premises, delightful staff, love it all!”
