”Very nice place, very clean and very well stocked. When I say very well stocked, I mean Brad and family have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The views are incredible, and fishing on the in the ponds on the property was amazing. We stayed during our son’s Cooperstown tournament and the drive in to Cooperstown every day amazingly beautiful. We will certainly return to this place if our younger sons play in Cooperstown. One of the best VRBO experiences I have ever had. ”

”I have no complaints, it was very clean and above my expectations, staff was friendly very friendly and also very helpful. They told me the heat in the room I was given possibly didn’t work and had provided a heater which actually wasn’t needed since heat was indeed working. ”We stayed here for my 12 year old son's Cooperstown Dreams baseball tournament. It was a great house! The bedroom downstairs was perfect for my 70 year old parents, and another large bed upstairs was perfect for us, and one more bedroom for the kids. The office was great, so I could work while I was there. Love that the owners renovated the house while maintaining authenticity, including the quirks, of the nearly 200 year old house. So perfect!”

The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies if needed and a nice size refrigerator. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. We would highly recommend staying here, especially if you know someone that loves trains or likes staying in one of a kind places.”
