”The level of service was amazing! The external operator of the pool had decided that kids are no longer allowed at the pool at all. The pool had been the main reason for picking the hotel and my daughter had been looking forward to it. The hotel very kindly arranged for us to use the pool at a near-by hotel, which was great, so very happy with the experience!”

Sijainti oli ydinkeskustan ulkopuolella, mutta 10 min kävelymatkan päästä löytyi metroasemat, joten kulkeminen oli helppoa. Junarata kulki ihan hotellin alapuolelta, mutta meidän huoneeseemme ei aiheutunut mitään meluhäiriötä. Rauhallinen sijainti. ”

The receptionist didn’t communicate at all, I didn’t know what was happening. Hotel at this level should be very customer friendly and that was not the situation here. ”Sijainti ihanteellinen lähellä Marble Archia. Liikkuminen vauvan rattaiden kanssa ongelmatonta. Huone tilava ja viihtyisä. Leveä sänky ja miellyttävät vuodevaatteet. Kylpyhuone siisti ja hyvin toimiva. Puistonäköala kaunis. Parasta kuitenkin erittäin ammattitaitoinen ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Varmasti tulemme uudelleen.”

”The location is good. The public areas were really small and the general feel for the hotel is that it is s 3 star hotel trying to be 4 star hotel. Not very much value for the money, so next time in London I will not come to Mandeville hotel to pay extra because of the location. The air in our room was stuffy, and tobacco smelled from somewhere which was strange. The personnel was friendly but some of them very inenperienced. ”

”Due to my schedule, very brief stay for me, a bit longer one for my luggage. I got to the hotel at 11 am to left my luggage, and was not able to get back before 4 am next morning due to my travels. They kept good care of my luggage and were very welcoming. Had to leave before 7 am, but had a great shower and a good two hours of sleep. Great location near Paddington station.
