Property Details:
This 85-sqm apartment is situated on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The living area includes a flat-screen TV and dining table, suitable for relaxation or remote work. High-speed Wi-Fi (1 Gbps) ensures smooth remote work and video calls.
The fully equipped kitchen features an electric tea kettle, refrigerator, stove, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and all necessary utensils, cookware, and crockery. A clothes washing machine and drying rack are provided, along with an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom.
Both bedrooms are street-facing and include double beds with quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows, and bath towels are provided for each guest.

Policy Violations: Any breach of these rules will lead to an immediate cancellation of your reservation. Violations such as smoking, noise complaints, or improper trash disposal will incur fines up to £800.
Self-Check-In: Pick up property keys from a nearby location using a confirmation code provided after reservation confirmation. Self check-in is autonomous; no one will be on-site to meet you. For arrivals post-7:00 PM, support from our reservations team cannot be guaranteed, so please inform us in advance of any delays.
Check-Out: Upon departure, please leave the apartment as you found it, ensuring all lights, appliances, and heating/cooling systems are turned off. Follow the provided check-out instructions to return keys properly.
Cleaning and Linen Fees: Our fees reflect courteous guest use (cleaning up, storing dishes, and leaving the space as found). This is a residence, not a hotel, and an unreasonable mess will result in an additional cleaning fee of up to £800. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay, though airflow and settling may naturally introduce dust particles prior to your arrival.
Check-In/Check-Out Times:
Early Check-In: May be requested but is not guaranteed; approval is required from the host for any check-in prior to 3:00 PM.
Late Check-In: £50 fee between 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM; £90 after 10:00 PM. After 1:00 AM: £120.
Late Check-Out: Must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged at the full nightly rate.
Keys: Lost or damaged keys/key fobs will incur a fee of £200 for keys and £300 for key fobs. Please follow the check-out process carefully to ensure keys are returned as directed.
Mail and Packages: No deliveries or mail may be sent to this address due to privacy concerns. Any unapproved items will be refused.
Maintenance Requests: We work with the property management team to address maintenance issues. Non-urgent issues (e.g., blinds, curtains) will be addressed after any emergency needs.
