Our flat is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In the kitchen, find all the utensils, a coffee machine, and cooking basics like oil, salt, coffee, and tea. We provide fresh linen, towels, and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher and microwave. James Street is a very lively area with many restaurants, cafes, and bars. The living room facing the street has the potential for noise. The bedroom faces the back side of the building and is quiet. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Please note that early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability. To arrange early check-in or late check-out, please contact us at least a day or two before your arrival so we can confirm if it's possible for your stay ☺️ Late Check-Out Without Notice Policy: Please be aware that if guests check out late without prior notification, a fee of £50 per hour will apply. Lost Key Policy: In the unfortunate event of lost keys, a penalty of £500 will be charged to cover replacement and re-keying costs. Serenity and Quietness To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please maintain quietness and calmness during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No partying or disruptive activities are allowed, and any disturbances will be reported to the authorities. Excessive Garbage and Messiness Penalty A penalty of £90 will be charged for excessive garbage or messiness in the flat.
