Loistavalla alueella hyvä hotelli
Tämä oli 4. kerta kyseisessä hotellissa ja kyllä se vain on hyvä! Aivan loistavalla alueella, alle 5 minuutissa kävelee Paddingtonin asemalle ja Hyde Parkkiin. Meidän huoneen ikkuna ei mennyt täysin kiinni joten pieniä ötököitä löytyi 4-5 kpl huoneesta, muuten ei mitään valittamista! Suosittelen lämpimästi. This was the 4th time I’ve spent a longer period in this hotel as it is just so good. The area could not be better, in less than 5 minutes you can walk to Paddington station and Hyde Park. Our hotel room window did not close properly so there were 4-5 small bugs in our room, otherwise it was very neat and lovely. I would warmly recommend this hotel, value for your money.

Hotelli oli ok ja sijainti hyvä
Hotellin sijalnti oli hyvä . Hyvät yhteydet mm. metro kävelymatkan päässä ja palvelu sujuvaa. Huone myös ok ja riittävä.

The staff and hotel location were excellent! The towels were stained and had makeup residue. The decor needs a good refresh. There’s nowhere to put things in small bathroom - needs shelving.

Wondeful spot for maneuvering around central london. Paddington station within walking distance. Great cafes and eateries all around. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Great value. Would definitely recommend.

The room was small, but clean. Hoever the bathroom had mold. When we teported it, the manager checked it out abd sgrred tgst it had yo be fixed. Staff very helpful. I left something behind and they located it and hel ut for me to pick up. Very well located near to Paddington Station.

Good hotel close to underground with restaurants around . The price is reasonable for London, it s clearly not a 4stars but it s a street from Hyde park and loads of restaurants around . The employees are very nice and helpful . I was there on a business trip it was very convenient.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the ‘suite’ decor and fittings are tired. The room cleanliness was poor, rubbish behind bathroom fittings, toilet had not been cleaned.

My room was not like the picture on the website. My bed had stains on the sheets and the bed itself was dirty and dingy : The rooms was very cold and I asked for an extra blanket and did not receive it. The walls were cracking and carpet was very dirty. The bathroom needed major help . I was very disappointed with this rooms because it was not worth the price .

It’s clean and the staff are great; very helpful and accommodating. The location is great; very close to the Paddington station. It’s an old building (but what is not in that area); I guess that’s where it gets its character.

For the Americans, I'd compare this to a Super 8. The location was convenient. A 2 min walk to Paddington station. A £10 taxi from Hyde Park (rounded up). The staff was helpful and polite. The lobby is lush and lovely. The room itself had pros and cons. It was clean, with its own air conditioning and heating unit. The bedding was clean and smelled nice. At first glance, it looked great. Once you see the details, there are things that lowered the rating to average. Furnishings that are broken (or actively breaking), the shower that has fantastic water pressure, but floods if you're in there for longer than 4 mins, the bidet sprayer you can't use because it will flood, etc. Overall, it was fine for a place to sleep in between long days spent exploring London. There's a wonderful Italian restaurant directly across the street that opens around lunch and doesn't close till 10. Several coffee shops down the block for that morning caffeine hit (the room has an electric kettle, tea bags, and instant coffee). Cabs are everywhere, so it's easy to hop in and go wherever you want. Everything is walkable, and I felt safe doing so (even as a woman walking alone).

It was a very cute place, the room was very clean, comfortable, had tea pot and lots of tea. The morning staff was so nice, friendly, helpful, she was such a nice woman. The evening staff needs a little work... This is a super cute place, great location, shopping, restaurants, great coffee so close. I would just like to request they work on their curtain esthetic, they were relatively newer but but cut up horribly, gave it a shabby look and feel. but that didnt ruin the stay.. would book again

This hotel is excellent value for money, one of the best I’ve stayed in for the budget. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room, while small, had everything needed. It’s also very convenient for Paddington, I would definitely stay here again

Cheap and cheerful.Tiny rooms and miniscule on suite but clean and quiet. Great if you're out all day and just meed somewhere to lay your head!

the shower door was almost broken and hardly moved. A cabinet was in very close distance to the toilet and I was not able to sit. The room was very nice but the bathroom wasn't.

Clean and has everything one needs for a day in London on business. Room feels tight and needs a bit of TLC. Bed very soft and draft from the window. Bathroom ok with decent towels and good shower with hot water. The room was in the middle of the second floor and people walking past talking/ on the phone etc. during the night, so didn't get a lot of sleep.... good wifi in the room if you want to work but not a great amount of space to sit & work comfortably with a laptop. Great location to Paddington Station.

The hotel was very nice, we wanted to stay at something smaller for the experience-the room was very small but worked, the cold air did come in the room but we put towels and coats to block-the heater worked great. The train station was about 1 block which was great for us and we easily caught a taxi to go look around
