This property is self-entry and can be accessed by smart lock and lockbox. This lockbox has a 4 digit code which will be sent to guest 2 days before check-in.

Guests can contact us directly on the Airbnb app or directly to our mobile number! We have customer support available from 9am to 11pm UK time.

If you are arriving after 11pm, you can still check-in using our self-entry methods. However please make sure you have all the information you need beforehand.

Sofa bed—If you require a sofa bed, please give us prior notice. If you are booking this property on the same day for more than 2 people, we may not have a sofa bed ready, so please reach out to us to confirm.

Luggage storage—We allow guests to store luggage at the apartments for a few hours before and after their stay, subject to availability. If you want to use this, please contact us, and we will let you know if it is available.

Early and late check-in / out: We offer guests the option to extend their stay for an affordable fee of £15 per hour. Guests can check in at 1 p.m. or check out at 1 p.m., subject to availability.

This apartment is on the first floor, so when you get to door number and enter, you will need to go up one flight of stairs.

When a guest books, we will require the passport of the person booking and staying at the apartment for verification purposes.
