- Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
- Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them.
- The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
- The property is professionally cleaned.
- The linen and towels freshly laundered and of hotel quality.
- Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge.
- Our lovely neighbours have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbours.

Where you’ll be

Situated in the vibrant neighbourhood of Seven Sisters, this flat is within walking distance of various amenities, including shops, restaurants, and cafes. The area is well-connected, with excellent transport links, allowing you to explore all that London has to offer with ease. Popular attractions such as the Seven Sisters Market, Tottenham Hale Retail Park, and the picturesque Walthamstow Wetlands are all within reach.

Local Restaurants: The Genet Cafe - Ethiopian Restaurant, Blighty, Mannion's Pub, The Beehive, True Craft and Gokyuzu are some of the local places we would like to recommend.

Local Attractions: Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is very near, and Arsenal Stadium is not too far.
Go for a walk on Walthamstow Wetlands. Go bouldering at Stronghold Climbing Centre If you love nature, go for a walk in Epping Forest.
If you like coffee and cute shops go to Church Street in Stoke Newington and then take a walk in Clissold Park. Go for a walk up Parliament hill and onwards to Kenwood House, and if you are in London on a Sunday, finish the walk with a roast Sunday Lunch at The Stag in London (you need to book in advance).

Getting around
Trains: Seven Sisters Underground (Victoria Line) and Overground are a 5 minute walk from the place. 15 mins to Kings Cross and 20 mins to Oxford circus.

Buses: Bus stop J outside Tesco on Seven Sisters Road also a 5 minute walk away from the flat, but I recommend taking the underground as the Victoria Line is very fast and well connected. 259 or 476 to King's Cross, 149 to London Bridge, 76 or 243 to Waterloo.
