Hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla
Hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla. Iso hotelli, asiallinen palvelu. Rakennus itsessään on ilmeisesti kohtalaisen vanha, joka näkyi esimerkiksi huoneen pintojen kunnossa, mutta ei mitään merkittävää haittaa.

Location is amazing and so is the customer service
Amazing hotel with a great location. The customer service was top, the lady made me feel so welcomed. I think her name is Martisora or something similar, hopefully she will read this. She's amazing! She gave me a room with a stunning view of the bridge! The hotel itself was super luxurious, pleasant and great atomsphere. Room was outworn, but good for a night. Highly recommended :)

Pikemminkin kolmen tähden hotelli
Hotelli on nuhjuinen: aulan ja ravintolan ikkunat ovat likaiset, ikkunalaudasta puuttuu maalia ja alta näkyy kupruilevaa lastulevyä. Henkilökunnan työasut ovat kuluneet. Hissien toiminnassa oli syyslomaviikolla ongelmia eikä pääsyä portaikkoon löytynyt, sillä exit-ovet oli lukittu. Kylpyhuoneessa vuoti sekä hana että wc. Runsas ja laadukas aamupala ja hotellin loistava sijainti lievensivät kuitenkin pettymystä.

Iso hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla
Iso hotelli, mutta aamiainen toimi kohtuu hyvin kun meni ajoissa (ennen klo 9). Hieno näkymä jos ikkunat sillalle päin! Sijainti hyvä, turistibussit ja underground lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Pieni kauppa myös hotellin vieressä, siitä sai perusjutut. Huonesiivous ei toiminut kuten olisi voinut odottaa. Joka päivä ei vaihdettu puhtaita astioita tai tuotu uusia vesipulloja, pedattu sänkyä jne. Hotellin ravintola oli tunnelmaltaan kiva ja palvelu hyvä, mutta ruoka ei ollut kovin ihmeellistä varsinkaan hintaan nähden. Huone oli hyvänkokoinen kun vertaa muihin Lontoon hotelleihin. Ei viimeisintä huutoa mutta siisti ja toimiva.

The property is outdated and needs to be upgraded. Room had issues and the TV would not stay on and phone did not work and when asked to have maintenance come and fix, they never came. Hotel is a great location, easy to get around the area and near historic sites, buses and tube. Restaurant food was just OK and mixed reviews on the staff. Some were poor and others were fantastic.

Very elegant hotel in its day. That day is unfortunately passed now, leaky bathroom faucet and tired rugs. Also, the vicinity restaurant does not offer any breakfast option other than the full buffet and insist you pay the $22 GBP for that buffet when you only want eggs and coffee.

The view is spectacular and the room comfortable! Along with courteous staff, this is the perfect place to stay in central London. East and quick walk to the subway and once again the view is amazing!

Very nice hotel with spectacular view of the Tower Bridge from our room. Two restaurants, buffet breakfast available for 22 pounds per person if not included with the room package . Costa coffee store in hotel. Across the street from the Tower of London. Close to tube and buses. Ubers readily available to come directly to hotel lobby. We had a very nice experience here!

It was great being right next to the tower bridge you could walk out and see things very easily. The room was very large was a nice view of the marina the water pressure in the shower was great

Wonderful views of Tower Bridge and a short walk to The Tower of London. Room was a little tired and could do with modernisation. The bed was very comfortable. Hand shower leaked and squirted water all over. One of the wardrobe lights did not work.

The most positive was being next to the Tower of London, and Tower Bridge. Busses close by. Would not recommend this hotel though. It needs work and money to be spent on it. Problem with the elevators. Always full and takes a long time to get one. Our room needed someone to repair, lights, toilet role holder, taps etc. The pipes made a loud banging when the person in the room adjoining had a shower. We stayed a total of 8 days 2 at the beginning of our holiday then 6 nights at the end. We booked Premium rooms. We heard complaints from many of the guests. I could add more but must not be too negative. The owners need to upgrade the rooms.

Great staff, clean room, reasonable size, awesome view of the London Tower Bridge. Concierge can provide power adapters for free with a deposit. Easy walk to subway. Cabs always available (not a good area for driving - heavy traffic). Elevators are a challenge - too few and too slow. I suggest staying on third floor or a height taking the stairs is comfortable. Hotel Internet is free and worked well. We stayed a week and I would stay here again.

The room was nice, but it was smaller than a standard Holiday Inn Express and could use some updating - no mini-bar/fridge. Bathroom was tight but had great water pressure and largest towels I’ve seen. Very good location.

Our room was great. Fantastic view of tower bridge, we were able to arrange for early check in on arrival. That part was great. During the early morning busy periods only two elvators for the whole hotel. Two were out of service each day we were there. Waited 90 minutes for meal too arrive in restaurant four diffent tables meals were brought to us. Totally dis organized, No accountability. Outside restaurants on room svc menu are not vetted. They are essentially a skip the dishes sort of deal. So when something goes sideways with the service/restaurant that the Tower Hotel has on their in room literature there’s is no where to turn for assistance. Nice hotel, just don’t eat there.

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön. Beim Check in hätte ich es mir gewünscht , das ich einfach an die Rezeption kann. Allerdings mussten wir den Self Check in machen. Andere durften einfach an die Rezeption, wie mir Tage später aufgefallen ist. Das Frühstück ist super. Besonders für englische Verhältnisse. Da kann jeder was finden. Es gibt eine kaffeeautomaten (ich trinke keinen Kaffee) , der hat auch heiße Schokolade (spitze) , es gibt Tee, Säfte, typisch bacon Würste beans etc. Aber auch Gebäck Toast bagles Brötchen (an die Deutschen kommt kein Land ran) , wurst Käse Marmelade Obst Joghurt Müsli usw. Wir waren zu dritt (zwei erwachsene 1 kind -10jahre) unterwegs) Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit einem Zustellbett. Wenn du zu zweit drin bist , ist es groß genug. Zu dritt ist es aber schon nervig. Die Lage ist direkt an der Tower Bridge. Sehr schön. Man muss aber zu allem mit der U-Bahn fahren. Das muss man sich bewusst sein.

The only glitch is that everey time we phone the Concierge or the Front Desk from our room no one would pick up the phone so we had to go downstairs but overall good hotel. Not close to the main building but it does have an incredible view. Personnel is helpful.

Alles war super vom Frühstück bis hin zur nahen Bus und Bahnverbindung ins Zentrum von London. Beim nächsten mal auf jeden Fall wieder dies Hotel wähle.

Great location, front desk staff was very helpful. Hotel was quiet. Elevators/ lifts were slow, long waits. We only stayed one night. There was minimal amenities in room, one small shampoo, no conditioner. No major complaints though. We slept well and room was clean.
