Although not noted, the deposit is $200.00 which was a surprise. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast was good. Exercise room was clean but could use a little bit of air flow while working out.

Penny's house is very clean & cozy, in a quiet neighborhood...the location is perfect for access to local businesses, as well as highway travel. She provides many extras for convenience, one of the most well-stocked VRBO's I have ever used. Highly recommend.
