”I had a really great stay at the NU Hotel Brooklyn. The staff was incredible from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. The location is hard to beat. It’s extremely convenient, especially if you’re heading to the Barclays Center, which is an easy walk. ”The hotel was centrally located with everything right outside. Food, coffee shops and shopping was right outside or within walking distance. There were also buses and trains close by. The staff were amazing. From the time I checked in at the front desk they were very warm and accommodating. ”

”We enjoyed the location of the hotel! The property felt safe and clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious. Some noise from the streets carried very clearly to the room (7th floor), so it interrupted the sleep on occasion. The advertised breakfast was a disappointment - it’s just a coffee and a sweet pastry, which we had to request separately when the front desk said it’s not included in our stay (what it was and luckily we had it stated on the reservation).”
