”as always, Marriott showers smell like mildew. I have to say the staff at this property went above and beyond with any question, request or attitude. It was really amazing to see such great customer service within New York City. Please extend my thank you to everyone who covered the front desk, concierge, security, and the conference that was going on. If we can just get rid of the smell in the bath tubs or shower curtains, which I have come accustomed to at Marriott’s, my review would be so...

”Room was decent, lobby was decorated nicely, evening staff was not very friendly when I checked in, however the day time staff was friendlier during check out and liked that they held our bags after checkout since our flight was later. The restaurant was closed for renovations which really was the only amenity. The subway was really close so going into the city wasn’t too bad. ”
