personnel peu aimable, et/ou sur leur telephone ou avec des ecouteurs pendant le service (suis pas habitue) de la part d américain j'ai été surpris car généralement ils sont commerçants. Cest ma 4ieme fois a NYC.
et surtout pièce (salle d accueil) pour le petit dejeuner sous dimensionnée par rapport a la taille de l'hôtel, plusieurs fois nous...

”We were very pleased with the hotel. NYC affordable hotels typically have very small rooms with a bed and chair. The room had adequate space, refrig, microwave, closet, coffee maker, tv., desk.
We did have to call for help with the tv since scrolling the channels didn’t work. You need to enter the # you want. We liked the place and would return. Valet parking worked great along with morning coffee.”

”The rooms were clean and the property was well maintained. The food at the restaurant The Helsman was excellent and would recommend the filet mignon. I rated the amenities only fair since the gum is closed until further notice.”
