”Had a late check in due to a late flight. When I arrived to the hotel a little after 10 the check in line was out the door and there was only one person at the desk. It took so long to check in I had time to order DoorDash and get it while I was still standing in line( over an hour). The one person did a great job managing it alone”

”The only complaint is, I asked for an hour of late checkout, and they couldn’t accommodate me, even after being a rewards member ”

”Booked a room for one night. Checked in and went to room, thermostat said 84 felt like 90. Went downstairs after turning AC on full and went out. Came back couple of hours later and room still at 82. Front desk said no fans or other rooms available. Slept in the sauna room cause it was late and didn’t want to switch hotels. Reached out to hotel management cause front desk and maintenance guy said to request my money back. Waiting to see if I actually get a response.”

”I arrived to the room not stocked with towels, soap, toilet paper, or a sponge. Theres no ice machines in the building the only way to get some is to carry it in a garbage bag from the bar on first floor. The A/C was unusable due to the constant smell of burning plastic that emitted from it. So for the 3 days i was there i had to be in uncomfortable heat. When i spoke to the staff about it all i was met with were excuses on why i couldn’t switch my room or be fully accommodated. I’ve been to...
