”The room was good for a night. However the ac unit in the room was very loud and was making strange noises. Had to get up a lot to adjust to try and stop the noise. And the light from the thermostat stayed on. We had to cover it up to try and get some sleep. Not really a complainer. But hoping it gets fixed for future customers.”

”The air conditioner was terrible, we ended up having to buy our own fan. It was dirty, air conditioning units piled up outside our room. Very muggy inside the building.”

”What I liked about the property was the convenience of the location to the event my family & I were attending. The hotel cleanliness was great. Our room was clean except for the mental door stripping that was not properly secured to the floor and my family member hit her toe on it. I immediatly took pictures and showed the pictures of the mental door stripping to the staff. They immediately called maintenance to fix the problem. I am thankful my family member didn't have to seek medical...

”The room was nasty as there were bugs in our room, the bed was horrible and the drain to the shower would only go down very slowly. One of the maids asked us for money on Saturday stating “until she got paid tomorrow” which happened to be Easter Sunday and knew she would not get paid that day. There were also kids running up and down the hallway and slamming doors. We checked out early because of this. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!”

”We had a problem when we first got there. Our key card would not work and we were fighting with the door for about 10 mins. Boyfriend went to go get another key and I see a woman peeking out from behind the curtain in the window. I asked her if she was staying in that room and she came to the door and we spoke. Felt terrible because we woke her. Boyfriend comes back around the corner with the original key card and the person behind the desk only to find out that yes that room was already given...
