"This is a very nice hotel. Clean with nice rooms, however the amenities (food, drink service) was terrible. They had a large group coming in and the main restaurants were closed. Long lines for drinks. Service slow. Really a disappointment."

"Booked 2Q/sofa bed room. Needed sofa bed because we had 6. Problem: sofa bed wired shut. Their solution was to lend us an air mattress. Not impressed! Don’t advertise that a room sleeps 6 if it doesn’t. Dishonest!!!"
