Hotels.com has a _horrible_ interface with kasa-university and their customer experience is not good. The host was extremely rude towards my wife. She got chased by the chickens and when I explained it to the host he was being sarcastic about it. I didn’t spend the night , I left the property 10 mins upon arrival.

Studios Inn
The Staff is awesome and we had to reach them by phone. The gated parking was perfect but note that it is not free. Very quiet, well kept. Hot water was instantaneous and great pressure. TV channels didn't all work. The only real complaint is that the bed was really hard.
