While the inside of the house itself is visually appealing, beds comfortable, shower pressure good, we were not provided with arrival information. Fortunately, when we arrived after 9:30pm, the front door was unlocked; however, we were never given a code, thus had no way to lock/unlock it. I messaged several times through the VRBO website/app, with no response for 36 hours! We were not provided a host name nor contact information. I, literally, chased down a woman that came out of another unit, and was able to receive the property manager's name and phone number. The first time I called, an automated response said the number would not take my call. I texted, no response. I called again several minutes later, and finally spoke with someone. While he was apologetic, and forwarded the lock information, he, too, had no idea why the arrival information was not provided nor why he wasn't receiving my messages on the VRBO platform. It was a HUGE problem for our family, and caused a great deal of stress! This unit also lacks a regular coffee pot, only has a pod one, yet no pods were provided. There were only 2 washcloths, and 4 of us. No additional blankets/towels/washcloths were in a closet. There is no dresser in either bedroom, so belongings have to be on the floor, and not even a small chair in the main bedroom, again, so things were all on the floor. For this price point, I would expect those things, and a welcome book with house information and local attractions/restaurants.
