Guest access
Full access to the property aside from locked closet in guest house. Guests may park in gated driveway area but we don't allow vehicles in the garage.
We ask guests to stay out of the basement area.
Large driveway for RV or boat parking.
Other things to note
House Rules:

A) The owner and host are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses arising out of, or in connection with the guests’ use/ occupancy of the premises, including the pool and the spa.

B) The owner and host are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests during their entire stay on the premises.

C) The following are strictly forbidden at this listing (any violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction and damage claims):
1. Any extra guests, anywhere on the premises, at any time during the stay. Only the guests mentioned in the reservation (up to 16) are allowed to be on the premises – as per rules.
2. Parties or events of any size (including inviting any outside guests at any time) - as per rules.
3. All loud noises or music, at anytime, anywhere on the premises – as per rules.
4. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, inside the house.
5. Cooking anywhere other than in the designated areas (Kitchen & backyard Barbecue) – as per rules.
6. Bonfire anywhere on the premises.
7. Pets of any kind or size (except fully licensed service dogs).
8. Professional filming or photography (without prior approval from the host).
9. Guest may not park inside garage. Garage door must be closed
10. No moving around furniture without prior approval from host
D) Pool rules
1. Children are not allowed to be in the pool area without adult supervision.
2. Entering the pool or the SPA, regardless of age, is at your own risk.
3. No glass articles are allowed in the pool and SPA areas.
4. SPA: SPA Heating and Water-Jet systems can only be activated remotely by the Host, upon request in writing, before or during the stay.
SPA Heating is available year-round for an additional fee of $150/day.
SPA Water-Jets is available year-round and is free of charge. Each activation turns-off automatically after 30 min, to avoid over-heating of the jets system. Water-Jet can be turn-on again 10 minutes later for up to 4 activations a day. Water-Jet activation service is available ONLY from 8am to 11pm daily, 7 days a week .
5. Pool-water heating:
Pool-water heating is available upon request, from April 15 to November 1st, for an additional fee of $300/day.
6. Guests may not control or tamper with any of the pool equipment.


E) Miscellaneous
1. There is a $50 fee for gate-remotes that are not returned to the living room desk upon checkout ($30 will be credited back to the guest if the remote is later returned by mail).
