Conveniently located in the center of Los Angeles, this place is perfect for exploring what Los Angeles has to offer. Fill with eclectic mix of modern and vintage items, the space offers a sophisticated yet cozy feel that would make you feel right at home.

The space is located in a quiet neighborhood area inside of a cul-de-sac. It's conveniently located in between 91, 110, 710 and 105 freeway.

There will be some parts of the home that will not be accessible (garage + storage)


LIVING ROOM

At the heart of the house, our guests can enjoy and relax by watching Netflix, Roku, DVD or YouTube through our 55" HD big screen TV. A few steps away, everyone can lounge at our corner sofa. Mood light can be set behind the sofas.

DINING ROOM

Dining room can seat up to 4 people. Made from solid American walnut, the dining table is a table made to last through boisterous dinner parties, family game nights, and solo meals of PB&J. To help maintain the walnut table for years to come, we kindly ask our guests to use table mats, and coasters for food and drinks.

BEDROOM #1

This bedroom has a queen-sized medium firm memory foam Mattress, CertiPUR-US Certified. This body contouring memory foam mattress delivers the deep sleep you've always dreamed of. It is paired with a fluffy goose feather down comforter. To complete your sleeping experience, down-alternative pillows and blue cooling gel infused memory foam pillows are provided.

BEDROOM #2

This bedroom has two twin XL mattress, topped with memory Foam for a cool sleep & pressure relief with motion isolating feature. The feel of these beds are medium soft. The 80" length of the bed should be plenty for children, but can also comfortably accommodate an adult. It is paired with a fluffy goose feather down comforter. To complete your sleeping experience, down-alternative pillows and blue cooling gel infused memory foam pillows are provided.

BACKYARD

Backyard is perfect for a moody or romantic time. It's also a perfect place to have breakfast / lunch by the eucalyptus hardwood outdoor dining table. Or, take a seat for a coffee break over at the high table by the grass. Grab a seat at the comfy patio wicker chairs. Ottoman is available for additional seating, or for putting refreshments / snacks on top of the tray. At night, turn on the string lights and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. To prevent dust, we have covered the outdoor furniture. It will be removed prior to your arrival.

NOTE: it's mostly a quiet neighborhood, but sometimes our neighbors would host backyard parties. I will try my best to inform you in advanced if that is the case.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is filled with utensils, bowls, plates, glasses and all of the basic necessities to cook a meal. Instant pot, blender and mini food processor is also available. A coffee grinder is also available to make your morning fresh cup-of-coffee. French press for 8-people and a water boiler is also available. Filtered water is available next to the kitchen sink.

LAUNDRY ROOM

Perfect for our on-the-go guests, we have available washer and dryer that is very efficient and easy to use. Detergent is also provided for our guests to use.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will be able to access the two bedrooms, the bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and the backyard. They will not be allowed to access the garage and storage room (it will be locked and marked).

NOISE

Once or twice a year one of our neighbor would host a big yard parties. We normally can see them setting up a few days prior. I will let you know as far in advanced as possible.


WATER FILTER

The whole house is filtered through Signature Elite water treatment and water softener. It will get rid of 99% of contaminants in your water, minimize iron stains and treats hardness of water. Enjoy our delicious filtered water through the water spout next to the kitchen sink.

Most people are not familiar with the sleek feeling of soft water, it may feel like the soap is not completely washed off, but once you dry off, you will feel the smoothness.

SHOE COVERING

We kindly ask that you remove your shoes when you are in the house, or to please wear a shoe covering (provided at the front).
