GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have private access to the entire place during their stay. Requires use of stairs to enter. Please keep in mind that the home is older, but the space has some updates and is professionally cleaned between each guest.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Please treat the space and neighbors with respect.

While we understand that service animals may be needed, the space is not ADA compliant due to the stairs, age of the design, and restrictions from the original building layout.
Any complaints from neighbors regarding violations or disruptive behavior will result in an immediate cancellation.

**for stays of 60+ days, the rate includes a monthly cleaning service** An option for more frequent cleaning is negotiable. Cleaning fee is more with a pet. A shorter stay is possible, but the calendar will be marked for 30+ days.
