Your own private oasis! Malibu Sand Suite #12 forms part of a multi-unit complex compromised of 6 apartments and 1 main house. Thoughtfully curated for those seeking a quiet retreat.



This particular unit is a spacious 1 bedroom with 1 pullout sofa perfect for families or friends travelling. Comfortable King-size bed fully outfitted in luxurious, hotel-grade linens. Exquisite bathroom with graft rain shower, LED-lit vanity mirror, Toto Neorest toilet and everyday essentials.

Free parking on-site on a first come first serve basis. The current beach access is located at the public access point located just a few hundred feet down.



Walk to the Malibu Pier. Steps away from Nobu, the SoHo House, and seconds away from the sand. The Malibu Country Mart is approx. 1.2 miles away and is reachable by foot or car. Whole Foods grocery store is nearby.

Guest Access:

Please note that guests staying in the Malibu Sand suites do not have access to the elevated beach deck, rooftop jacuzzi, or sand lounge area, as these are reserved for the separate main house on the property. Guests seeking access to a private elevated beach area with lounge chairs are encouraged to book one of the SA Beach suites next door.



The Neighborhood:

Known as “Billionaire’s Beach,” Carbon Beach is one of Malibu’s most sought-after destinations, offering long sandy stretches perfect for beach walks, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and sunbathing. Steps from Nobu, Soho House, the Malibu Pier, Surfrider Beach, and the Country Mart’s restaurants and shops.



Please note the property is located on Pacific Coast Highway, and guests may experience occasional road noise and/or waves crashing.



Getting Around:

Malibu Sand Suites are located in the heart of Malibu, steps from Carbon Beach and within walking distance to the Malibu Pier. The Malibu Country Mart is approximately 1.2 miles away and easily accessible by foot or car.



Guests also receive preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile, with vehicle delivery directly to the property and concierge assistance for airport transfers. Options range from Cadillac Escalades and convertible Mercedes models to a Rolls Royce Dawn and Lamborghini Urus.



Other Things to Note:

Please message our team and speak with the Home Manager before booking. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. Credit card processing fee may be required post-booking. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies.



To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read carefully.



1) No parties, visitors/unapproved guests. Submit all guest names before booking. Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.



2) No pets allowed except for service animals as required by law.



3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations. City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW.



4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we'll deliver to the property on your arrival day. We're not responsible for lost mail.



5) Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 8:00am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.



7) Day of Arrival:

Let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security.



8) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 PM, please notify our team in advance.



Standard checkout time is 10:00 AM

Late checkout is available up until 12:00 PM for a fee of $50 per hour. Guests must notify our team in advance if they would like a late checkout, as this requires rescheduling our cleaning team. Late checkouts must be approved by our team prior to confirmation



9) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.



10) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $95 service fee applies to all requests.



11) Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.



12) Parking:

Complimentary onsite parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Three guest parking spaces are shared across the Malibu Sand Suites, with a maximum of one vehicle permitted per suite. A valid parking pass must be displayed at all times. If onsite parking is full, guests may park on Pacific Coast Highway where permitted, although availability is not guaranteed. Do not park in handicap or restricted spaces without the appropriate permit, as violations may result in fines exceeding $500.



13) **All credit card payments are subject to a 3.55% processing fee, shown at checkout. A 3.55% processing fee also applies to any additional service charges, including pre-stocking, mid-stay cleaning, pool heating, and similar services. The guest name must match the name on the credit card. For international credit cards, an additional 1.5% may be charged after booking to account for exchange rate differences—bringing the total fee to approximately 4.7%. If you prefer not to incur this fee, payment by bank wire is available. Guests wishing to pay by bank wire must notify our team prior to booking so we can provide instructions and ensure the correct payment method is arranged.



14) To maintain the quality and condition of the home, guests are not permitted to move or rearrange any furniture without prior written approval. Moving furniture can cause damage to floors, walls, and the furnishings themselves.

Any unauthorized movement of furniture will result in an additional fee to cover inspection, repositioning, and any damages incurred.

Cleanliness:

We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.



This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.
