Maximum occupancy is ten registered guests, with additional guests charged at $50 per person, per night. Violations of house rules may lead to eviction and additional fines.
For stays longer than 28 days, California rental law requires a signed lease agreement. Guests will be responsible for utilities, billed according to actual usage. A refundable security deposit of $3,000 is required for long-term stays.
