Your ADU has its own private, separate entrance — completely independent from the main residence.

HOUSE RULES SUMMARY:

• No parties/events without prior approval

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (no outdoor noise or music)

• No smoking indoors; 15+ ft from doors outdoors ($250 fee)

• No pets — service animals welcome with advance notice

• Max 2 guests; day guests (max 4) pre-approved only, leave by 10 PM

• Pool/hot tub: available by request; heating $100 fee

• Decibel monitors on property (noise level only — no recording)

• Third-party ID verification required before check-in

• Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone — no open flames/candles indoors

• Service technicians access backyard only for pool/yard maintenance
