North LA Spacious/Family-Friendly New Home with 5 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, 6 Beds

The house was built in 2020 in a new quiet community with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 6 beds, and 2800 sq ft. It is bright and comfortable. Guests will have use of the entire house. Big kitchen, dining, island, pantry, 7-person sofa and 65" TV, whole-house AC and heat, washer, dryer, and backyard grill with recently added 16ft x 12ft gazebo. Very family-friendly for work and vacation in the LA area.

For security, the guest who is responsible for the reservation must send a copy of his/her Identity to the host before check-in. We also reserve the right to ask and view government IDs for any members of the guest party before entering the property. If you are not be able to provide a copy of your legal ID before your check-in, you should not book my house at the beginning.

Discounts
Offer weekly (over 7 nights) discount and Monthly (Over 4 weeks) discount limited to 6 guests.

No smoking, no Marijuana, and drugs inside the house.
No parties, please keep noise levels low, particularly after 10:30 pm and before 7 am

Spacious Home

The home setup is overall very good. Big rooms and lots of common space. Nice large kitchen. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. If looking for north LA this is a great option.

Clean place with everything you need

Most amazing stay!

Very clean and spacious home. Had more then enough space for me and my girls for my bachelorette party. Was close to everything and is in a quiet neighborhood. Has a big beautiful backyard, which was amazing to hang out at night. Definitely recommend staying here. The owners respond very fast and are very helpful and friendly. Overall great experience.

Spacious and Beautiful Home

Xuan and Donald were wonderful hosts. Very responsive and considerate. They reached out before arrival to ensure we had everything needed prior to check in and followed up with us throughout our stay. They quickly addressed all minor issues. Amazing!

This property was absolutely amazing! My family and I traveled to California and we’re so pleased with our stay as the host communicated throughly and was so friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and the views from the home are beautiful! Check in was smooth and very easy. The hosts listed instructions around the house that were very helpful and everything we needed was easy to locate. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and it was overall a very pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again if traveling back to CA!

Amazing home

Amazing Place

For large groups, this is a great place to stay. Xuan was a great communicator and I had no problems. The house is beautiful and clean. The owner has all the needed items you may need, such as toiletries, cleaning supplies, kitchen pots/pans, towels etc. It is close to the highway. Very pleased and hope to return soon! Spacious, clean, and comfy!

This is a very large, lovely, new house and was located convenient to a family wedding venue. It’s great for a large group and had more amenities than we expected. This was our first Vrbo experience and the owners were very nice, helpful, and responsive. Downside, there is a lot of neighborhood lights, which was an adjustment for us to sleep well, neighbors dog barked quite a bit the first night, as well as other neighbors having a party the first night until 1am, followed by a landscape crew starting at 6am the first morning there - so kinda rough for those of us who like quiet but overall I can recommend if you need a place in this area. The following nights and days were much more quiet. Downtown Sylmar has some really nice restaurants and it’s close to the Angeles National Park.

Xuan was a pleasure to work with and was VERY communicative. I can’t imagine a better host! The house was well appointed and had everything we could have wanted. The location of the house has easy access to I-5 and the 210 which makes it easy to get around. Rent this house, you will not be disappointed!
