Step into this bright and airy studio, thoughtfully remodeled to feel clean and modern. Located on the upper level and accessed by one flight of stairs, the single-level space is designed as a private, self-contained retreat.



The open-concept layout features a comfortable queen bed for a restful night's sleep and a cozy workspace perfect for catching up on emails. In the evening, unwind and stream your favorites on the Smart TV.



A full kitchen with new appliances makes it easy to prepare meals at home, and the in-unit washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays. We've stocked all the essentials, from coffee to fresh linens, so you can pack light and feel right at home.



Street parking may be available with a resident permit, which we can help arrange for a fee, subject to availability. For your peace of mind, exterior security cameras monitor the entryways.

Your studio is tucked away in Pico-Robertson (also known as SoRo), a calm residential neighborhood that offers the perfect blend of quiet and convenience. You’re in a great central spot to explore the city.



Within a few minutes' drive, you can be shopping at Century City Mall, exploring The Grove, or window-shopping in Beverly Hills. World-class destinations like the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) on Museum Row and the vibrant streets of West Hollywood are also just a short drive away.



Closer to home, you'll find charming local cafés, neighborhood markets, and some of LA's best kosher eateries just a walk from your door. It’s a location that feels connected to everything while offering a peaceful home base for your LA adventure.

This studio is located upstairs and requires one flight of stairs to access.

Parking is not available in the property. We may be able to provide 1 parking permit for street parking for $30 for the whole duration of your stay but it's subject to availability and is not guaranteed.



Exterior security cameras monitor entryways only—never inside or in private areas.

Check-out is 11:00 AM; late check-outs are $100 per hour, unless approved in advance.



All guests must complete a quick check-in verification form before arrival. It includes contact information and a valid ID with a selfie to confirm registered guests. All data is kept private and secure.
