This is a small, but modernized 15-room motel. There is no front desk, but instead uses a kiosk with a remote clerk. The LEEF offers extreme convenience, with rooms just feet from cars. The rooms are completely modern and comfortable for 1-2 people. No counter space or coffee maker. That said, I really enjoyed my stay, which I only used for sleeping. Parking is $10 per night, but is limited to about 10 spaces. I was able to get maid service by asking the remote clerk. If you are looking for a no-frills, affordable, clean and quiet place to stay, this is the motel for you.

Arrived late and did not have a problem checking in at the kiosk, but I would’ve preferred a real person. They charged $10 for parking which I did not see in the property description. The room was small, but clean with a teeny tiny bathroom. It was only there to sleep so it suited my needs perfectly. I’m not sure I would stay for a longer period of time. I felt safe as a woman traveling alone.

The LEEF Hotel is a budget-friendly option in Glendale, and for the price, I’d consider it above average in some ways—but there are important details I wish had been disclosed more clearly before booking. Before arriving, I already knew this wasn’t a luxury hotel. I expected smaller rooms, no traditional front desk, kiosk-based check-in with virtual assistance, and $10/night parking. I was completely fine with those trade-offs given the affordable price and convenient location. However, my biggest issue was parking. While $10/night initially seemed like a great deal compared to the much higher parking fees at many larger hotels, what wasn’t made clear upfront is that parking is first come, first serve. This became a major problem when we returned late one evening to find no available parking spaces. Only then did I realize there are not enough spaces for all guests, and this policy was only listed on the room receipt after check-in. In my opinion, if parking availability is limited and not guaranteed, that should be clearly disclosed before booking—not after payment. Charging guests for parking without ensuring access feels misleading. The virtual kiosk system was also mostly fine until we encountered this issue. When we tried contacting customer service for help, we were sent directly to voicemail because support was unavailable at that hour. It would have been helpful if the hotel clearly communicated customer service availability times in advance as well.

This was definitely an interesting stay. The lobby was the size of a coat closet and had a little electronic kiosk where you check in with a virtual receptionist. You have to request room cleaning before 11am if you want housekeeping to stop by. Room was cute and cozy, but the floors weren't mopped so we kept getting our socks and feet really dirty with all the dust and dirt on the ground. Another super random complaint was that the tv remote didn't have a back button? It got annoying after a while. A p.s. to also log out of all of your accounts before you leave; so many people were still logged into netflix, hulu, etc.. Other than that, the parking was nice and there was lots of food nearby!

Our sheets unfortunately were incredibly stained when we arrived. They cover the duvet with two sheets, the duvet and bed cover had what looked like blood stains. You get what you pay for, I guess. I wish we had the same experience as other guests that said it was clean. We also paid for parking and could not park because they oversold the parking lot. It’s a virtual check in and they were not there for the hours that we needed them. We asked for clean sheets and they said they would get someone there. They did not come. The next day they said their house keeping was booked and could not come. Then said they made arrangements for it to be cleaned which possibly meant others did not get their room cleaned. I would not stay here again, it honestly ruined most of our stay but again you get what you pay for. This review is for those looking to book, maybe just look around for a little longer before here. It was a big head ache.

Overall is a good place to stay. The only downside is the tv kept flickering as if watching tv with antennas. The other units are probably ok. This was just my experience with my unit.

I've stayed at this hotel last year and had a very polite male receptionist through the digital lobby check in. Wonderful experience and no issues with service, room or stay overall. This time I checked in with a different receptionist, female agent and very passive aggressive. Fake smiling the entire time and rushing me with the check in and responded "you are all done" when I mentioned to correct an error in my address. Then when I returned to the same agent to address an issue with the pass code not working and locking me out of my room, she seemed irritated and printed a hotel key card to use. I suggested key cards for ease of entry and she did the passive aggressive eye roll and fake smile again. It was nauseating. Stop that, you are not a child. You are being paid for providing service so act like an adult and provide professional service. Kindness and professionalism aren't hard to to do. All in all, despite the cute hotel room, I will reconsider this place because service was terrible. I hope they really clean up their act and hire mature adult agents for future hotel guests going forward.

I have stayed here either 3 or 4 times and this time was probably the last unfortunately. I like the cost effectiveness and honestly it’s a safe little cheap hotel. There’s a fridge and a nice area to put your bags. There is also 2 windows which I am a fan as a big fresh air girl but when it’s hot out the ac does work. The doors slam especially loud which sucks because the rooms are very small and close together. Also if you don’t have respectful neighbors, as I did not, you can hear them screaming and acting stupid all night. There is no monitoring of the parking lot so anyone can come and park and visit the noisy neighbors as well. The floors could use a good swiffering but my main issue was the huge hairball that was left in my bathroom:( she kept me awake the first night. Requested a room cleaning from the webcam people and they said there’s a cleaning staff shortage so it wouldn’t get cleaned that day and that was the full discussion. Didn’t get cleaned any of the days I was there for 3. Meanwhile the cleaning lady (who is very nice by the way) was doing the room two doors down from mine. Anyway that’s enough for me. Also no microwave anywhere.

Overall decent stay. Unfortunately our shower leaked all over the bathroom floor during each use and the issue was never fixed or addressed properly. Nothing towels can’t fix. Stains on most of the linens but not unheard of for these types of properties. Room service must be requested before 11:00 AM but if you request it at 10:52 you are denied, told that it must be requested before 11:00. The location was good and it was nice to be slightly tucked away from the street. On site staff were friendly. AC worked great. Lots of things near by within reasonable walking distance. For the room itself, one of those you get what you pay for situations.
