Guest Access:

The entire home is yours during your stay — all three bedrooms, all living areas, the rooftop deck, and the private sauna and cold plunge.

You'll receive clear check-in instructions ahead of your arrival once all pre-arrival steps are completed. Please note that certain areas may be secured for owner or operational use if applicable.



The Neighborhood:

The home sits in the North End of Manhattan Beach — one of the most peaceful and residential stretches of the entire city, and a favorite among locals who know what they're doing.

The Strand is at the end of your block. Walk it north toward El Porto, or south toward the pier and downtown. The beach access puts you directly on the sand in under a minute. For a cold beer and a laid-back afternoon after the beach, Shellback Tavern is a classic South Bay spot beloved by locals and visitors alike. When you want more — dinner, shopping, or the full downtown Manhattan Beach experience — it's a short drive or a beautiful walk down The Strand.



For guests in town for the FIFA World Cup 2026 or events at SoFi Stadium, this is a quiet and well-located retreat with easy access to the greater Los Angeles area.

FIFA World Cup 2026 Tip: Book your rideshare ahead of match days and give yourself a little extra travel time. Coming back to this home after a game — rooftop views, sauna waiting, ocean one block away — is a very good way to end a match day.

The home is equipped with a noise monitoring device to help maintain a peaceful environment for the neighborhood. It does not record conversations.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
