Didn't see any staff when checking in, but there was my keycard with my name at the front desk waiting for me, so it was easy though little bit weird way to check in. Also I wasn't given any info before or after check in about anything. I wish there was some kind of letter or book in the room to tell me all the information, for example if there is housekeeping and so on. I didn't receive any housekeeping during my 4 nights stay but I didn't need it. But overall, I can truly recommend this."
