”We had 3 rooms booked for a special Titanic birthday weekend Unfortunately there had been flood water damage in the rooms - we were not notified til we got there that they could not accommodate us and we were relocated to the Marriott hotel - Couldn't;t do enough for us - complimentary cocktails 1 round - all transfers paid for but we felt we missed out on the luxury theme boutique hotel. Ruben on reception deserves a special mention for customer service.”

”Very nice hotel. Friendly and super helpful staff. I would stay again.”

”Perfectly positioned and a very smart hotel. Clean, friendly staff and lovely food.”

”Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff”

”Hotel staff were lovely and helpful, we had a lovely meal in the river room which was turkey and ham so delicious. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Our room was excellent a standard twin with two big double beds, the room was super clean. The fridge was great to keep drinks cool. The staff work so hard and are a credit to the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. The reception was a lovely smell when you arrive. The only thing which was disappointing was the horrendous smell in the ladies...

”Short walk (3 minutes) from Belfast Grand Central Station but otherwize not anything special. Some of the personals was very friendly but others seems not have so much experience and were not so interested to serve.”

”Hotelli oli hyvässä kunnossa. Huone oli siisti ja hyvässä kunnossa. Aamupala oli hyvä ja runsas. Hotellil oli keskustassa , lyhyt matka kävellen jokapaikkaan.”

”This place is a true gem, absolutely recommended. A spacious room, comfortable bed(s), powerful shower, very good breakfast and extremely nice service that leaves you with a feeling that both the customer and the hotel itself are taken good care of. Location also very convenient near the university and Botanical Garden: the street in front of the hotel is quiet, but there are dozens of restaurants within a walk of a minute of two.”

”Everything was good and comfortable. Only thing I wonder was that my room didnt have ac control .. So not sure if there is ac in rooms, but it was good that not so hot outside.”

”We really liked that hotel!!”

Huoneen oven takalukitus reistaili.”

”Hyvä sijainti, avulias henkilökunta. Huone kompakti, mutta toimiva ja siisti.”

”Erittäin toimiva hotelli”

”Henkilökunta oli mahtava”

”Great service. The hotel was some 20 min drive from Belfast. Otherwise OK, but no places of interest in proximity.”
