”There are two things people might want to know before booking this place:- First, the entrance is through the bathroom. That wasn't a big deal since I ended up staying by myself, but I was originally going to stay with a friend-of-a-friend attending the same event as me, which could've been awkward since we might have been coming and going at different times- There's currently a house being built right behind this, so that means construction noise, but that is presumably only temporary.Overall...

”The house was very nice and enough space for 5 people and had every essential for cooking. The beds are pretty big and so was the couch. Only thing that I would recommend fixing is a bit more improvement in cleanliness, it’s not dirty dirty but under the beds need to be broiled. ”

”Fantastic location!! Walking, easy access to all the fun things to do in Old Town Arvada. Comfortable place with lots of handy amenities. It is small, so don't bring a lot of stuff. Host is great. ”
