The cottage is close to local shops and restaurants, as well the bus stop for the short ride to the harbour and shopping area. We would highly recommend this cottage for anyone visiting the Torquay area.”

”Ian was very helpful given Vrbo platform comms was awful (App may be better). Had a lovely couple of days stay and excellent local dog walking and Beach a short walk too. Cottage was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Well positioned for local coastal adventuring. Would recommend arriving in day light as the car park is not lit and access for unloading everything was not that straightforward! Otherwise a great stay.”

”The property is a small beach cottage that is perfect for a couple or a couple with 1-2 small kids. Walkable to center of town with co-op grocery and laundry facility less than 5 min away. Parking space is nearby and situated such that it is easy to use your car to explore Cornwall. Only thing I would say is that shower is small and ceilings low so this place would feel tight if you are a large person and some of the layout is a bit tricky if you were older and less sure footed. The location in Topsham is great as you can walk to many restaurants and pubs. The cottage is right on the High Street but we didn't find the traffic disturbing. Only improvement would be changing the check in arrangements as you have to drive into the centre of Bournemouth first and there was very parking to collect the keys before driving onto the property.
