”I visit my aunt at Grand Living at Wellen Park. This is perfect for me. It’s close, clean and quiet, suits all my needs. I have a comfy bed, a good place to park my truck and a good host. I’ll stay every time I visit. ”

”Enjoyed our stay. Perfect sized cottage for the two of us. Wish the bathroom had a shelf for cosmetic bags and dop kits, but we managed. Liked the beach access and parking pass even though it was a long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Communication with the owners was very was good. No dishwasher, no laundry facilities, no hair dryer but towels and beach chairs (too low for us old folks) were provided. Umbrella would have been nice. Lots of the island things to do were within...

”This was a exvellent property to stay at. Everything you needed with no hassle. The location is a plus because you are within minutes to shopping and restaurants and the beach maybe 8 min away. Would highly recommend this place to anyo e. Hassle free check in and check out.”

”Not all beds were made. No soap in bathrooms was unusual. Clean and good space. Grill in odd location but well stocked kitchen Having the incorrect access code cost us some groceries which was frustrating ”

”EVERYTHING is walking distance. 3rd Ave, 5th Ave etc. The property is quant. Reminds me of Cape Cod with the white picket fence and the trellis. Planning next years trip now.”

”For our girls getaway we like to have a pool, the ocean, a comfortable place to stay and a deck with a view to read and relax. The place was very comfortable, the pool was great, the ocean a 1/2 mile walk and the lanai was nice as well. There wasn't much of a view as it overlooked the main road - which you can't tell from the pictures. Overall a great place to stay and experience Siesta Key.”
