”Gracious, freindly and efficient staff. Immaculate room, deliciously comfy bed and pillows and unbelivably quiet for downtown Seattle. All that and walking distance to the theater. It doesn't get any better!”

”The staff were very friendly, and welcoming as soon as we got there. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, all of them were friendly. There was a day where the hot water didn’t work, but the staff was very apologetic and gave us a free upgrade to checkout later than our original time. The restaurant next to the lobby had a pretty tasty breakfast. Overall was a pleasant experience and when we return to Seattle, we will definitely use this hotel again.”

”The smell in corridors was awful. Corridors were not clean and walls had broken corners etc. Location is good and beds okay. ”

”It was a great experience at the Warwick. The staff was great. Our room was clean daily. It was a bit cold in November so if you don’t like sharing blanket I would recommend asking for another if possibly. We wished we had a take to take a dip in the hot tub”
