”We can highly recommend this place. Location is beautiful and the service is excellent. Everyone are very helpful. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. Big thank you for Miguel and everyone else working there. This was highlight of our Portugal road trip.”

”The hotel had opened about a month ago, so it was very new. The location is good and the view over the Douro valley is nice, the terraces of the hotel and the rooms' balconies make it easy to enjoy it. Chairs on the room balconies would have been nice, though. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. You could see that a lot of thought had been put on the overall design of the hotel with a lot of nice details, we liked that. The staff was quite young and eager, and sometimes fumbling a...

”The location and room was nice. The stay itself was okay, but the customer service was lacking. Our request for an iron or steamer was ignored, there was no coffee maker in the room, and checkout was confusing because nobody was at reception and no instructions were given.”
