”We loved this house and the location! It was perfect for us! The house was very clean and well stocked with basics. It's location right along the river was just so nice - there is a big patio door and each morning we would watch the sun rise. The community dock was nice and far away enough from our house that other people being on that dock was not bothersome to us. We would highly recommend this place! It is 1/5 miles from the beach but that didn't bother us. It was a very short bike ride...

”Great location for our needs! Very quiet neighborhood. Clean spacious rooms (lovebirds). Bathroom a little tight but no complaints for us. Propery is very cute. Would be great to have friends in other rooms! Bikes are convenient for a quick or longer ride. Wiki’s walkable for meals with Ice cream place next door. Check in instructions were easy to follow even getting in late. Would definitely stay again.”

”Fantastic stay in Old Naples. Kate provided excellent communication and the property was as listed. Very clean, good AC, and enough kitchen supplies to be comfortable. Nice to have beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella provided for. The advertised noise from the construction across the street was actually quite minimal. The only reason I would not give this property a 10, is that despite its fabulous location in walking distance to Third St and the beach, it is on a VERY busy corner with a 4 way...

”Adorable cottage with free parking at the quaint beach at the end of the street. Free usage of nice bikes with baskets was great fun! You can walk to Bowmans beach from the ocean…about 1.5 miles away. Shelling was amazing. The property has a shelling station with a hose to wash off your sandy treasures from the beach. The cottage also had a screened in porch which was great for relaxing and admiring our shells. And we rescued a trapped lizard from the porch which was great fun! Wagon and beach...

”This was just what we needed we didn't have much time at the house because we were there for my granddaughter's wedding, it is a very nice place to stay and it's right on the beach. Maybe one day we can visit again. I must say it is a very long drive from Georgia with a pet in the car. Thank you again for getting us in early.”

”The location was nice being close to the restaurant and bagel shop. It was quite a haul to the beach, especially carrying gear. We left the suggestion to add more linens to the restroom, but other than that the place was very nice.”
