”Overall good hotel. Location is good being close to the motorways. Hotel was clean and breakfast is good. Booked a superior room, didn't love that it looked onto the event loading area at the back, so would check location of room next time.
On the negative side, guest Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms, but they did give us an alternative Wi-Fi to use once we highlighted this. Staff are nice but service could be elevated in line with a...

”So it was the cheapest hotel in and around Glasgow so we booked it. It advertised check in from 1400 onwards, and didnt say there was a time you couldnt check in afterwards with that.
We had a day out, train was due back into Glasgow at 2143, got back around 2200, got a train to Hamilton West, walked to hotel, got there around 11, and we saw it was locked with no way in. We then scoured the email that we got, only to see in the wall of text that max check in was 9pm, which in my opinion should...

”We thought the room was very tastefully decorated and comfortable, with a nice view too. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The restaurant provided good quality food, with some interesting menu items that we enjoyed - pakora and haggis pastry with pepper sauce.
We really enjoyed our stay.”
