”The first night we stayed, we had no power in half the room, which had no air conditioning or lighting for that half trying to use stove had no gas for stove.Shower was lukewarm if that no one on-site for help was relocated to another room. Second night was okay. Third night. The restaurant above call closes at 8 at 10 PM. It sounded like they were doing a remodel, went upstairs, spoke with them. They quieted down at for 10 AM. They were up there, moving tables and chairs across the wooding...

”We arrived at 1:20 and were told check in wasn’t until 4:00 and that early check in was $50 and wasn’t until 2:00. Really?!? The property was nearly deserted. When we returned after 5:00 Michael, the manager, told us that had he been on duty he would have given us an early check in.”

”Oltiin kolmistaan autolomalla 30-vuotiaan poikamme kanssa. Kaksiossa oli hyvin tilaa ja kuistilta todella kaunis palmurantamaisema merelle. Keittiössä oli perusvarusteet. Siistiä ja vähän kulahtanutta. Bideetä ei ollut tässäkään paikassa ja WC:n käsienpesuallas oli huoneiden välisessä eteisessä! Rantabaarissa elämää lähinnä vain klo 17-19 Happy Hourin aikaan. Muutaman kilometrin säteellä on 20-30 ravintolaa, joihin porukka meni autoilla. Katuvaloja ei ole, jalkakäytävät kapeat promilleraja...

”On the positive… The room was spacious The bed was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. However…. What was once a beautiful property is suffering from neglect. There is a lack of maintenance and investment in the facility. The floor of my room had a maze of black marks on it. The finish on the furniture was chipped and scratched. The towel bar in the shower was rusted. The towel bar on the wall was falling off. The toilet seat was coming off. The gate to the pool would...

”This was our second stay in Casa Morada and the place is absolutely amazing. A perfect place for relaxing vacation with spectacular views. Can not wait to go back.”

”The entry doors locks make me nervous very outdated. Also, requesting room service should be easier. Finally, I called the number I was given six times and never got a response even when I was calling, because of illegal activity on the property. Housekeeper was very nice and rooms were very clean.”

”We stayed for one night in here while driving back from Key West. Very clean place for a good price! Nice pool and we got to borrow bikes for free from the hotel to bike around the island. AC was very loud. ”

”Can't get over just how charming the room was. It was immaculate & the staff couldn't have been more friendly. They provided beach towels and kayaks, paddleboards, etc which was a plus. We were very comfortable & extremely pleased. Highly recommend!!”
