”Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. ”View is what makes this resort worthwhile. The rooms are nice and ours was updated. Huge piece of advice go to Publix and buy some eggs and bagels and make your own breakfast especially since there’s a kitchen in the rooms. The breakfast included is not worth your time. The restaurant where it’s served is very old and unkept and smelled very bad. There was one person taking orders, making food, and serving food. ”Alison could not have been more helpful. She was super responsive to any inquiries I made and was just the nicest person when we checked in. The unit was fully equipped and had a beautiful view, bed were super comfy. The appliances need to be replaced imo. The pool needed to be cleaned also but all in all I felt like it was worth the money. Would return.”
