”Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. I would not recommend this for anyone looking for comfort, all in all it's...

”Everything was okay except for 2 small issues. When we got there, we had to pay an additional fee of $65 for booking with Expedia- which I was not aware of. I feel that is some information I should've known prior to booking. The other issue was that there is a system of how to get new towels. You had to walk to the lobby with all of your dirty towels, toss them in a bin and get your new ones from the front desk. Except when the lady told us to toss our towels in the bin, she AFTER let me know...
