”Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. I would not recommend this for anyone looking for comfort, all in all it's...

”Drop Anchor has been around forever and the floors and couch must be original. I can say I have never sat on a more uncomfortable couch and the pull out bed was utterly useless as it felt like it was a prison camp mattress. That being said, the staff was so exceptional and the room was clean, cool, and uniquely they can sleep more than 4 people. If they would just burn or throw away the couch that has been overused since what seems like the late 1970's this would have been a 5 star stay. ...
