”This is not a hotel. You should enter the room directly and there is no services like cleaning etc. the rooms are cleaned before arrival but they’re outdated, things are broken etc. the common areas are not neat not clean, everything looks a bit run-down. ”

”Oltiin kolmistaan autolomalla 30-vuotiaan poikamme kanssa. Kaksiossa oli hyvin tilaa ja kuistilta todella kaunis palmurantamaisema merelle. Keittiössä oli perusvarusteet. Siistiä ja vähän kulahtanutta. Bideetä ei ollut tässäkään paikassa ja WC:n käsienpesuallas oli huoneiden välisessä eteisessä! Rantabaarissa elämää lähinnä vain klo 17-19 Happy Hourin aikaan. Muutaman kilometrin säteellä on 20-30 ravintolaa, joihin porukka meni autoilla. Katuvaloja ei ole, jalkakäytävät kapeat promilleraja...

”The property is beautiful and staff is friendly and helpful in every way. It is a bit dated, even though they have tried to update with new fixtures, etc. When we walked in the room, it was very musty smelling, even though they had a air purifier going in the room. You can't beat the views if you have an ocean view. The pool loungers need to have new cushions put in as the were very worn out. I also found a roach in my empty drinking glass the next morning after the first evening there, so I...

”Accommodations were spacious and modern. Unfortunately it was not cleaned thoroughly. We overlooked it as the beds and bathrooms were better. Walls and kitchen appliances had handprints, floor was a little dirty and trash was not picked off the floor. However the space was beautiful and the use of the main resort was absolutely amazing. We definitely feel how we found things cannot be the norm. We fell in love with the main resort and will definitely go back in the future.”

”Check in was nice. Room was nice and clean. The pool by the bar is so warm you don’t want to get in it and it also doesn’t have loungers it has cushioned chairs which get wet and stay wet, yuck. The free form pool while cool and refreshing is barely waist deep and I’m 5’6”. It’s also filled with kids which makes it impossible to use. The beach bars were both never opened my whole stay. And you can’t sit by the water or use the pier as the smell from decaying seaweed is so bad. The entire shore...
