”The front desk attendant Heavyn was outstanding! She was extremely helpful, friendly and informative. We had a late check-in and she made sure to communicate how the process would work and made it all simple and understandable. The room was a great size, had a small kitchen with all the necessities, a small living area bedroom and bathroom. The AC was cold and loved the fact that there were ceiling fans. The bed was too firm for my liking but that's a personal preference. Overall a great stay.”

”This is not a hotel. You should enter the room directly and there is no services like cleaning etc. the rooms are cleaned before arrival but they’re outdated, things are broken etc. the common areas are not neat not clean, everything looks a bit run-down. ”

Although check-in starts at 4:00 p.m., our room was not ready until 4:30 p.m. We had to wait with our young children, which was unacceptable. The room itself was not comfortable. The air conditioning was so loud that we had to turn it off every night, and the walls were extremely thin. Finally, I called the number I was given six times and never got a response even when I was calling, because of illegal activity on the property. Housekeeper was very nice and rooms were very clean.”
