”Loved our stay at the Arches. There are restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance, as well as a subway stop. The parking garage is staffed 24/7. The apartment was extremely spacious and bright, the bathroom had a tub. It was absolutely perfect for a family. We did have issues with a family hanging out in the hallway after midnight for a looong time, they were very loud. But that’s not due to the property itself.”

”Basic apartment with no closet or place where you can place your clothes. If you don't mind keeping your staff in side your luggage, then it's just fine. Very noisy hotel. Every noise from outside your room sounds like it's coming from your own. ”

”I liked the easy, remote check in process and the ability to chat/text with Sonder. Location was great—easy walk to grand central terminal and Madison ave/5th ave buses. Apartment was a good size, with room for three in our party. From the picture I thought the bathroom was off the bedroom, which I thought would be awkward, but the entrance to bathroom was in its own space, making it much easier for three people to share without disturbing each other.
