”Warm and welcoming. Excellent location, great value for money. Some roofing work going on but there was zero noise or disturbance whatsoever. The beds are super comfortable, and rooms silent, so we slept well. Second time staying here, will be coming back.
Craig is lovely and helpful, and we got to leave our luggage at the hotel for the day after checkout so we could go to Portobello for we had a late flight.
Oh and I could just see Arthur's Seat from the room window :)”

”A bit small room for 4 people. Showed drained poorely and sink was misplaced so the water went also beside sink when washing hands. A bit far from the city center, but good public transport to there and even walkable.”
”The room itself was clean and fine.. Since it was a hot stretch, it was essential that they provided a fan. The lack of air conditioning is, I guess to be expected, but the thermostat in the room did appear broken. My major concern was with the lack of upkeep of the parking lots and grounds of the hotel.
