”Although we arrived while outside painting was being done, the painters interacted with us as we walked around their ladders and rolled over cloth and covered ground. We were pleased to see that the entire building was receiving an upgrade. We look forward to making your establishment top drawer for our stay in the downtown or south columbus area. All of the other ammenities were satisfactory as well.”

”The property was gross. The room smelled, the ac smelled when it was on. The elevator was out of order and had to get a room downstairs. The desk clerk came very with a bottle of febreeze because he knew the room smelled. I would not recommend this property to anyone.”

”My room smelled like sewer gas. It was coming from the shower. The room was run down and the breakfast was empty by 8am and not refilled.”

”Carpets were filthy, the room smelled. The smoke alarm went off at 8 am because someone in an upstairs room was smoking. The pool was closed. They wanted to charge $70 to stay an extra 3 hours (our tournament got pushed back so we asked if we could stay a few hours extra). Overall I do not recommend.”

”Property and the rooms are architecturally impressive and well maintained. Front desk staff with one exception were very unprofessional. We arrived after 11 pm and were told to sit in reception for 1/2 hour due to a “software glitch”- in reality (this was later admitted) the hotel was overbooked. Rather than admitting this the staff at that time put us in a 78 degree room where the AC did not and apparently could not work. ”I had a nice stay at Graduate by Hilton Columbus. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very central downtown, which made it convenient for getting around. My only downside was the parking, which was $40 per day, but otherwise it was a solid stay.”
