Asunnot – Lower Sugarloaf Key

”By the description of the property I was was hoping for an amazing experience. The house exterior looked like it was in need of clean up. It just looked like the construction crew left and no one did detail cleaning Our room was on the upper level. It was called the Star room. Apparently there was a methane gas leak somewhere, as our room, the entire stay smelled like an unflushed toilet. It was a lingering odor. We had fans in the room, which helped. ”We had a great 2 night stay at the Tropical Heron Hideaway. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed plus some additional nice touches like hair ties, Q-tips and cotton pads in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and our college-aged son was able to sleep on the couch. The location was good - it was a 15 minute easy walk down to the Duval Street area. We were able to easily find parking right in front of the unit, and once we parked with either walked or took Lyft...

”Great property. Walking Blocks away from the downtown action, yet far away to be quiet. Parking is very tough. If you don’t need to rent a car because you’re going to be hanging out in town the whole time, don’t bother. Uber and transportation are plentiful but again, the parking is very difficult to find free parking.”
