"Property was great. Staff were nice and helpful. Water was amazing. Only con is it very expensive once youâre here. We did 3 nights and after all the meals that are heavily taxed and gratuity included on the bill, we spent more than we would have for a whole week in Cancun."

"Hotel was quite a big disappointment considering price per night was 900$. We had issues for cold room without heating, no hot water most of the time, and also we had ants on our beds headboard. Cleaning service was not included to the room price which was ridiculous. They did come and cleaned it ..."
