Tämä remontoitu ja valoisa huoneisto sijaitsee muutaman askeleen päässä San Martino -kaupungista ja aivan Guinigi-tornin kulmasta. Hiljattain kunnostettu tämä on erittäin mukava tukikohta löytää Lucca ja sen kauneutta ja sen ympärillä.

Huoneisto sijaitsee toisessa kerroksessa ja siinä on myös ELEVATOR. Tämä on antiikin palatsi Luccan seinien sisäpuolella, kun yksi tärkeimmistä eurooppalaisen silkki-perheen asunnosta 1400-luvulla ... Sijainti on erinomainen, erittäin keskeinen, mutta erittäin hiljainen lohko. Alue on erittäin kaunis, koska se on jalankulkualuetta. Täällä on pari hyvää pizzeria, ruokakauppa, leipomo, leivonnaiset ja kahvila aamupalaa varten. Kaikki on muutaman askeleen päässä sekä viikoittaiset markkinat ja pääsyn rantakadulle kaupungin muurien päälle.
Elegantti, moderni & erittäin valoisa, CASA DANIELA tarjoaa erittäin mukavan oleskelun, kaikki modernit mukavuudet, joita tarvitset ja uudet, moitteeton, kauniit huonekalut. Kaikki yksityiskohdat ovat olleet erittäin huolestuneita.

Olohuoneen katolla on edelleen alkuperäinen maalattu sisustus 1700-luvulta.

Huoneisto on erittäin tilava ja se mittaa 100 neliömetriä. Se on kahden hengen makuuhuone, yksi makuuhuone, täysin varustettu keittiö (astianpesukone, uuni, 5 rengas, pakastin, jääkaappi, italialaiset ja amerikkalaiset kahvinkeittimet, leivänpaahdin, vedenkeitin, täydellinen keittiövälineet kuten kotona, viinilasit jne. ..), tilava olohuone, tv, kylpyhuone, jossa on suuri sisäänrakennettu suihku.

Huoneistossa on myös pyykinpesukone ja kuivausrumpu, erittäin luotettava Wi-Fi-yhteys koko huoneiston.

Asunnossa on kannettava ilmastointilaite, joka voidaan siirtää olohuoneesta keittiöön yhteen makuuhuoneeseen.

Minimiperilläoloaika on 4 yötä.

Talvilämmitys veloitetaan 6 euroa päivässä tai pitkäaikaisten vuokrien mukaan.

This apartment was beautiful! It felt like home. Michela our host, was lovely and responded immediately to any questions. The location was perfect, and close to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

A well equiped apartment with every thing you can ask for. I would give a 1. Quiet ,pacious,extreamly well located. CLose to everything inside the most special city in Italy.In over 30 years of using VRBO in Lucca this is tops.

Almost Perfect

This apartment is a two-bedroom unit in an old palazzo (palace). Upon entry to the building, you are met with beautiful frescos and mosaics. When you enter the apartment itself, you are met with a beautiful fresco on the ceiling and corresponsing plaster mouldings and decorations. I would describe the livingroom and kitchen as being almost "palatial" in their decor and appearance. The bedrooms and bathroom are "nice", but do not possess the same qualities of the kitchen/living room. Our bed was a disaster and rock hard, to the point of feeling it in our backs and hips after we left. On point, we are fit and walked 15k a day. We read a previous review and another person had complained about the mattress. One of the reasons we booked here was the owner's response "Receiving a complaint from you during the stay rather than now that you have returned home would have allowed me to do all the best to provide you an excellent experience. Not only I could have bought a new mattress for you (despite I have never received a complaint about the mattresses that are nearly 2 year old) but I could also have provided the possibility to move you into another of my apartments to make you happy. My guests' satisfaction is my main concern so there is no problem for me to move guests and possibly provide an upgrade for free." I contacted Ms Sonia right away to ask if she had another mattress or foam pad. The answer was no and none of the actions mentioned above even spoken of. I feel that her response to the review was most disingenuous. It would not take much to make this property top notch. I would have a memory foam mattress pad available if guests request it. I would put new towels in the bathroom. They were clean and white, but showing their age and paper-thin. I would put some fancier pillows/coverings on the beds. There was nothing wrong with them, but the front end is so beautiful that the back should ideally match it. Neither of these would be cost-prohibitive. This is a great property in a great location. I would stay here in a heartbeat if the bed was comfortable.

Charming Tuscan Apartment in Beautiful Lucca!

We loved this historic apartment. The location is perfect. It is within walking distance to everything in this beautiful medieval Italian city... great restaurants, concerts, shopping at the fabulous Antique Market and of course, daily walks and bike rides on "the Wall". The spacious apartment is exactly as portrayed...wood beams, impressive ceiling detail and beautifully decorated with all the charm of Tuscany. Bedding was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped for both meals and an amazing private cooking class with Nadia! Sonia was very friendly and welcoming. She explained the apartment's amenities and offered suggestions for restaurants and activities in & around Lucca. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a perfect Tuscan getaway!

Beautiful apartment. Enough room for two and great location to everything

The apartment had all necessary conveniences: dishwasher, hair dryer, cooking needs and a big shower. very clean on our arrival. We were able to get on the train without walking a long distance and very close to all sides of the Lucca wall. Close to grocery store, forno and water fountains. The only difficulty we had was understanding the recycling for trash but didn’t let it ruin our time there.

Some good, some bad, overall disappointing

The apartment has some nice features like a beautiful sitting room, well-appointed kitchen, and washing machine. The location is okay, in a quiet area of Lucca. Parking and transporting luggage was a challenge as the apartment in well within the ZTL. Unfortunately, the many negatives offset the positives and made the stay overall below what we had hoped for. The beds were the most uncomfortable (rock hard) we experienced in a month of stays in Italy. Just unbearable. We also had issues with the very noisy portable AC unit. Finally, since the hot weather required leaving windows open in the other parts of the home, we experienced little biting bugs that nibbled on us as we slept. Uncomfortable. In total, we were very disappointed and glad to move to our next location.

Gorgeous place! Gives you old school feel with all the amenities you need!

We loved Lucca and our stay on the via Guinigi. The street is a little oasis in town and the apartment has the best light and breezes all day. High ceilings, old beams...sigh...it was hard to leave Lucca ☀️♥️

Nicely decorated, well-located apartment

Mrs. Sonia could not have been more helpful. The apartment is beautifully furnished and equipped, and the building has an elevator which is unusual in Lucca, and very much appreciated. The second bedroom is small, as the photos show. All in all, a wonderful living environment, and one to which we would happily return.

Lovely apartment but very disappointing and unprofessional customer service

The apartment itself couldn't be faulted for its facilities, comfort and position but I have to say that the customer service was woeful and left us considerably out of pocket. We had provided Sonia with flight details, time of arrival (18.00) and mobile number. I said I would phone her from the taxi to confirm all was going to plan and that's where the problems started. Both of Sonia's mobiles were switched off and despite trying to contact her throughout the journey by phone, text and email we had no luck. We arrived at the apartment and the taxi driver joined in the fruitless attempts to but to no avail. We stood, complete with luggage, outside the apartment until after 19.00, presuming that the penny would drop and she would contact us or turn up to let us in. Sadly she didn't and we started thinking that we had been scammed. We decided reluctantly to book into a hotel for our four nights and texted Sonia to say we had done so. At 19.30 she texted to say she would arrive in 30 mins - no apology or explanation! I responded by saying we were at the hotel. We then went out for dinner and continued to receive some rather brusque texts saying that Sonia was at the apartment and that we had to phone her. She seemed to think we should leave the restaurant simply because she had managed to turn up at the apartment over two hours late, her excuse being that her phone wasn't working (not sure what had happened to the other number she had given us). It was eventually agreed that we would meet the next day. The apartment was superior to the hotel that we'd managed to book so we checked out and moved in to the apartment. Sadly we got no refund from the hotel for the unused nights - fair enough - Sonia's ineptitude was hardly their fault. There was no offer of a refund from Sonia, not even a bottle of wine to make up for the debacle and we were in no mood to spoil the holiday further by debate. On our return home we requested one night's refund and after some rather ill tempered responses this was eventually done. All in all it was a salutary lesson in what can go wrong with this sort of set-up. Did we enjoy the holiday - yes. But would we recommend the property or any of the others managed by Sonia - no!
