The 53-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a renovated building WITHOUT an elevator (NOT suitable for people with disabilities).



The layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa bed, table and chairs, TV, and access to the private garden;

- KITCHEN with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, oven, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, and a dining table;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, and dresser;

- BATHROOM with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- PRIVATE GARDEN (accessible from the living room);

- SHARED COURTYARD.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, two portable fans, hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE. There is no air conditioning.



The property has one uncovered parking space in the shared courtyard, which is also suitable for SUVs.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Shared outdoor courtyard at the back of the property.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Lucca Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.



Please note that check-ins outside the indicated hours must be arranged directly with the property and involve self-check-in via an on-site keybox (with a combination provided after booking).
