”we checked into our room and i was shocked! badly stained carpet dirty and the floor. the bed looked as if the covers were just pulled up. the bathroom black dark rings around the tub..
the staff made it right the best they knew how. if this hotel wants to succeed the manager will need to care about the customer. small town not much to choose from therfore there is a great opportunity to get a better rati g just not this visit.

”The place smelled like old urine. The floor at the entrance to the room was so sticky, it felt like it was going to pull your shoes off. I asked for another room, and they moved me, but that room had the same problem. I asked for a refund because I wanted to leave since it smelled like old carpet and the amenities looked very worn out. I couldn’t get my money back, so I just left and went to another hotel.”

”I wanted this hotel to be a great stay however there was no help when it came to a severe noise complaint and a disruptive guest that kept me up until 12:30 in the morning. I was not offered any option because there was no other rooms to move into and they told me that the manager would contact me and I also reached out to the manager only to be ghosted for a week and no resolution to be made.”

”Most rooms smell wet other then that it’s a pretty cool and reasonably priced hotel I’ve stayed here like 4/5 times the worst problem is that you probably will have to keep going to the front desk to reactivate the keycard staff is sweet but as for when you get DoorDash or uber make sure to pay extra attention most drivers will leave your bags in the front and won’t call”
