”Hello, Our stay in Pistoia turned out to be a really positive experience, thanks to the host’s warm and thoughtful care. When we first arrived, there was a light smell of smoke in the room and a minor issue with cleanliness. We let the host know, and they responded right away with genuine kindness. ”Nice hotel located on a hillside overlooking more mountains. Our room was clean and comfortable with a huge double bed and our own private terrace with a view to the mountains. The breakfast was included and very nice too. This hotel is a great choice if you're renting a car and want to explore northern Tuscany. Eg. Florence is a 30 min drive away and there are many underground parking lots that cost 1,5€/h within a short walking distance from downtown.”

”It was really happy for my stay. the guy, Mr. Andrea, who is very kind and helpful, had offered all the best service for me so I feel really comfortable during stay. The room was super clean and of course the bathroom was also nice and clean. For me the cleaness is most important matter so I was happy with them. I dont know about the ristorante, didnt use it, so you may need to refer the other guys' review. Thanks Andrea and I will visit again 100pct. ciao ciao ciao!”
